I tried the powder first in cold water to check how it mixed and what it tasted like finding that it mixed in well leaving no residue and it was tasteless to me. In coffee I could not detect it and I could incorporate it in my smoothies, porridge or other baking and cooked dishes but I like it best in my coffee so that I can ensure that I obtain all the collagen I need daily.
